April 28, 2023 – Community of Practice (CoP)

Publication is an important aspect of your academic and career journey, but the road to publication often seems complicated for graduate students. In our last session, CoP members expressed interest in discussing publication in more detail.

In this session, we will discuss different types of publications (reviews, original research articles, discussion articles, opinion pieces, etc.). We will also talk about publication processes such as recognizing predatory journals, responding to feedback from reviewers, and dealing with rejections.
